Emma Stone wore her strawberry blonde hair in soft waves courtesy of celeb stylist David Babaii to Sunday night’s 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards. To create the look, Babaii began by shampooing and conditioning Stone’s hair and finishing with a cool water rinse to boost volume, seal the cuticle and pump up shine. He towel dried the hair gently to remove all the excess water and applied mousse for hold and lift. Next came the blow drying, which Babaii accomplished by dividing the hair into sections (top, sides and back), using the nozzle attachment on his blow dryer and styling with a medium round brush for a smooth finish. After drying the hair completely, he wrapped 3/4 inch locks around a large barrel curling iron and heating the hair for 10 seconds before carefully releasing the loose ringlet. Once all the hair had been curled, he finished with hairspray for hold.
