A big congratulations goes out to Ron Kolosine, one of our stylists at Regis Salon, Boca Raton, FL, for winning a trip to Berlin, Germany with members of our Regis family. Here’s what he had to say about his journey abroad:

“During our four days in Berlin, the Regis and Matrix teams attended hair shows, lectures and learned from our fellow stylists. Highlights include the spellbinding styles from James O’Regan (Vice President of Education for Regis Salons), which were inspired by the couture fashion and hair seen from Chanel in Vogue. From chic bobs, fabulous updos and a lot of wig work, his work was truly amazing to witness. Models in the show dressed like knights and donned armor, wearing a series of intricate wigs, helping to create an environment evocative of Game of Thrones.

Nicholas French of Matrix, aka the “Avant Garde Guru,” and the educational hair shows were also something to see–French has won three North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) titles in the Avant Garde category and three British Hairdressing Awards nominations.

The whole experience was truly a hairdresser’s dream. Thank you so much to Matrix and the Regis Family!
