Q. As a new mom I barely have time to do anything other than throw my hair back into a ponytail before running out the door. Any suggestions? Laura Strazisar, PA
A. Congratulations on your new baby! You definitely have enough on your plate right now without having to worry about your hair, so here are a few easy styles that will keep you looking put together in no time flat. First, you can add instant polish to a ho-hum ponytail by wrapping a small section of hair around the elastic band and securing the ends with a small hairpin. Or, try braiding a front section of hair before pulling that piece, along with the rest of your hair, back into a ponytail. If you want a whole new look, I suggest a layered chin-length bob. It’s an easy cut to style, always looks full and bouncy and is trendy but still timeless. Good luck!
