Eugene Souleiman, Global Creative Director of Wella Professionals, created this super straight style to complement designer Marios Schwab’s collection of draped dresses and short skirts for Halston. Souleiman began by treating freshly washed hair with Wella System Professional Startup, a moisturizing styling fluid, before blowdrying with a large round brush for a stick straight finish. Working in sections, he ironed the hair flat, then brushed it through with a natural bristle brush misted with finishing spray to smooth flyaways. “I wanted to take a classic natural hair look to the extreme, to give it an edge. We exaggerated all the elements of the hair, from the shine to the length, to create a confident and effortless look,” said Souleiman of the finished style.
