I always love when celebrities deviate from their traditional looks. Take Best New Artist Grammy nominee Keri Hilson, for example. Normally, Hilson shows a lot of skin and her look often includes bobbed hair and bangs. She’s definitely got the body and the attitude to pull it off. But when she walked the red carpet in a blush-colored Dolce & Gabbana mermaid gown, she showed off a completely different side of her personality: One that was glamorous and elegant. To top things off, her hair was softened with a simple twisted updo. The ease and grace with which she pulled off all this sophistication has me convinced this side of Hilson has been awaiting its debut for some time. It was worth the wait!
