I have long black hair and want lowlights of a carmel color and also cut in layers how much would that be?

Just wanted to get a good haircut and its so hard for me to find a good place to get a haircut. Like a Layered long hair cut with long bangs.. how much will that cost me also. I don’t like to go to anymore place to get a haircut cause they always do it wrong.. please let me know if this is the right place for me to get it..

I have long straight brown hair i want to get red random high lights before school starts but i want to see what it looks like and if they should be chunky or thin and how many of them i want i want them strawberry red
